When you accept
these terms and conditions, you're representing that you are at least 18 years
old and are legally able to accept an agreement. If you're accepting for an
organization, you're representing that you are authorized to bind that
organization, and where the context requires, "you" means the organization.
You agree and certify that the information provided in this application and
financial statements and is complete and correct as of the date set forth
opposite my/our electronic signature/s on this application and acknowledge
my/our understanding that any intentional or negligent misinterpretation/s may
result in civil liability and / or criminal penalties including, but not limited
to, fine or imprisonment or both. In case of a returned check or ACH the I/we
agree to pay a $25.00 fee in addition to paying interest on payments past due at
the rate of 18% per annum (or the highest allowable under applicable state law,
whichever is less,) and, In case it becomes necessary for Wireless Dealers USA
LLC to retain the services of an attorney to assist in the collection of any
amounts past due, to pay Wireless Dealers USA LLC attorney fees. I/We understand
there will be no refunds allowed after 10 days from enrollment. I/We
authorize Wireless Dealers USA LLC to verify all my/our statements with any
source, to periodically check my credit history, and to contact credit-reporting
agencies. I/We authorize employer/s, my/our banks, and any reference listed in
the application to release or verify information to Wireless Dealers USA LLC. A
photocopy or other reproduction of this application held by Wireless Dealers USA
LLC, will be considered as valid and original. I/We agree that Wireless Dealers
USA LLC may obtain my/our most current residence address from the department of
Motor Vehicles (FL) or Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FL). The
laws of the State of Florida shall govern the interpretation and enforcement.
This subscription is good for one year and automatically renewable. You can
cancel your membership at any time by notifying us in writing. Canceled
memberships may not be reestablished nor will the canceled dealer be allowed to
create a new membership. You understand that Wireless Dealers USA LLC has no
control over carrier issues regarding, activations, fees, number porting or
changes to their programs. Rates and pricing are not guaranteed and subject to
change without notice. Wireless Dealers USA LLC is not responsible for coverage
or the lack of coverage of any or all carriers in our program. Please checkout
your own market and the associated coverage's. Not all handsets work with all
carriers and it is the dealers responsibility to verify this before ordering.
PINs are only able to be used once and therefore are non-refundable after they
have been executed. Dealers/resellers are liable for any sales tax for their
state. You will not hold Wireless Dealers USA LLC responsible for any damages
you incur while marketing our products or services. Failed ACH or other payments
are due within 24 hours of that failure and penalty may apply up to and
including termination. Wireless Dealers USA LLC will always attempt to process
activations and orders in a reasonable time frame, however we do not guarantee
same day activations and failures due to acts of God or other uncontrollable
circumstances will occur and you may not hold Wireless Dealers USA LLC liable
for any loss or damages due to this. You will not share or resell your login for
a profit. Failure to comply with any of these guidelines may results in
immediate termination of your membership.
